Shipping & Return Policies

All shipping within the continental United States is free and is sent via U.S. Postal Service Express Mail.

  • International customers are responsible for payment of all Customs charges, including taxes, duties, brokerage fees or handling charges
  • We cannot ship Collect
  • If you specify a Post Office Box, we may adjust your shipping/handling charges.
  • PayPal requires us to only ship to the name and address of the Credit Card Holder with address confirmation
  • Payments through PayPal require a signature for orders over $200.00
  • Please contact us promptly if you have any problems with your purchased print, or if it arrives damaged

APO / FPO SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • For APO and FPO customers, always enter your APO or FPO zip code within your PayPal shopping cart. Your package will be shipped to you via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. This is the only way we can ship to APO and FPO addresses.
  • The equivalent CONUS locations we use are:
    AE New York, NY
    AP San Francisco, CA
    AA Miami, FL
  • We ship within 24 hours after we receive your order. If there are payment verification problems, we may not ship right away and we will contact you.
  • Please be advised that shipments to APO/FPO adresses can take up to 3-6 weeks to deliver, however shipping times to APO and FPO addresses vary widely.
  • Your package can only be tracked as far as the New York, California or Florida drop off point. After your package is transferred to US Military Mail it cannot be tracked. Please contact us if you haven't received your package within 6 weeks of placing your order.
